Biofreeze

Biofreeze is a topical analgesic that uses the cooling effect of menthol, a natural pain reliever, to soothe minor muscle and joint pain. It penetrates quickly, offering relief through cold therapy. For this reason, it’s especially effective for use in conjunction with hands-on health care such as chiropractic, massage and physical therapies, and podiatry.

The perception of pain is regulated by different types of nerve cells. These nerves carry information from special receptors in the skin to spinal cord, where the signals are sent to the brain. The brain perceives these signals as pain sensations and reacts accordingly. Biofreeze blocks the pain signal travelling to the brain

Custom Orthotics

All too often, injuries of the spine, pelvis, and lower limbs can be traced directly back to a lack of proper support of the feet. Like the foundation of a house, your feet support the weight of everything above them. Custom orthotics are made from individual 3D scans of your feet and provide the unique support that your feet require.

The use of orthotics can prevent many serious conditions, which in turn decreases the need for interventions such as drugs and surgery. Common conditions that orthotics can treat are:

Plantar Fasciitis
Knee Pain
Lower Back Pain
Collapsed Arches
Achilles Tendon Pain
Foot Pain
Matatarsalgia
Ankle Instability and Pain

TENS Unit (portable at home care)

TENS stands for (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), which is predominately used for pain relief and the treatment of pain and nerve related pain conditions both acute and chronic. TENS machines work by sending electronic stimulating pulses across the surface of the skin and along the nerve strands. The stimulating pulses help prevent pain signals from reaching the brain.
